First edition
In 2012, The Royal Borough of Greenwich hosted the inaugural Sail Royal Greenwich. This event is born of the great maritime cultural history of Greenwich and this history was evident throughout the experience. Some 14 Tall Ships made an impressive sight for three weeks, plying a scenic route along the Thames, taking in many famous highlights of London and serving quality catering. This was a daily spectacle on the Thames during the Olympics.
Sail Royal Greenwich offered many clients the opportunity to make a business statement to their guests aboard a beautiful Tall Ship, showcasing the best of what London can offer. This was a creative, carefully designed and unique event for London.
